Camping Burner Propane
should I pick up a new propane cylinder?
Okay I’m going camping this weekend and I’m trying to figure out if I need a new propane cylinder for my camp stove. It’s 2 burners, and I bought my propane cylinder in June. I think I used it for an hour and a half. We’ll be using it this weekend, probably for about 2 hours total. Should a grab a second one or am I good?
I would get another one to just to be safe. I think that most propane tanks that you attach to lanterns and stoves have about an average of four hours of burn time. This of course, is determined by how much you have the valve opened on the appliance. Obviously a high flame or an intense light uses more gas than more moderate settings. Get yourself another tank. You will be using it eventually anyway.
