Double Camping Mat
tumbling on the grass as opposed to mats?
I have never tumbled on grass before, besides just roundoffs. at camp last year i was on jv and chose not to tumble at all since it was all grass. this year im on varsity and will have to tumble, and camp is july 7th.
on regular mats i have my standing back handspring and my roundoff back handspring and my roundoff double back handspring. but,, i have a back injury and havent tumbled period in about a month.
how hard will it be to start tumbling on grass when i havent tumbled on mats in awhile, and have never tumbled on grass? is it about the same? im going to my gym to get some extra help btw. thanks!!
i mean i dont tumble but im assuming it’ll take a little time to transition from the mats to grass but it shouldnt be that different. it seems more like a mental thing.
also, you might feel weird starting again and not starting with something ur used to
